- Responsible for directing staff on the implementation of policies set by the City Council. Oversees all department heads, coordinates the day-to-day operations, prepares and administers the city budget, works as the planning and zoning administrator, prepares the city council agenda, administers city elections, and is the key contact for economic development within the city
