Provides intensive outpatient program with possible sober board and lodging. The Elk River site is for women only. Services include: - Client-centered treatment in a homelike setting - Continued care - Counseling and referrals - Extended care with sober board and lodging available to male clientele - Intensive outpatient program lodging available to male clientele - Relapse prevention program - Substance use assessments/comprehensive assessments - Transportation: Provided from any Minnesota location and many surrounding locations. Transportation is provided to and from Minneapolis/Saint Paul (MSP) airport for admission purposes.
