Description

- Civil process - Code RED: Web-based system which allows the sheriff's office the ability to reach a large number of residents in a very short time, by geographically-based delivery of telephone, and text messaging - Crime tip line - Firearm disposal; does not take ammunition or explosives. - Internship opportunities for undergraduate college or university students enrolled in an educational institution that has a structured internship program - Jail Division operates an eight day, five bed temporary juvenile holding facility - Permits to carry handguns - Prescription, over-the-counter and pet medication in any form from households can be dropped off in the drug drop box. Medications should be kept in the original container and placed in a sealed, clear plastic bag. Individuals should use a marker to cross out their name on the container. Drop off is anonymous - no ID is required. If the individual doesn't have the original container, medication should be placed in a clear, plastic bag and the name of the medication should be written on the bag.
