- It is the choice of the client to fill out data information. Application for supportive housing, Order for Protection, and Harassment Restraining Order are available on the website. North Shore Horizons advocates are mandated reporters for child abuse. North Shore Horizons can also assist clients in obtaining their crime victim rights.
