Donation Program - Bridging

There are select items that Bridging can and cannot accept. Accepted donations: - Artwork which is framed - Kitchen/dining tables, chairs and dressers - Mattresses, box springs, beds, box springs and blankets - Pots and pans, small appliances and electronics Does not accept: - Bed frames, footboards, headboards, waterbeds - Building supplies and large appliances - Clothing - Computers or office furniture Visit website at www.bridging.org/give-stuff/ for more information on donation guidelines.

Application process

Regarding donations: - Accepted at both warehouse locations during all hours of operation - Appointments are not necessary to make an on-site donation - Donation pickup: Items must be accessible from curb, driveway, or garage - Items must be free of rips, stains, pet hair and in good working condition - Volunteers and staff will be waiting to help unload items

Fee

There is no fee for donations dropped off at the warehouse - Donation pickup $125 - All item donations are tax-deductible - If payment is other than credit card, payment must be received prior to pickup

Eligibility

- Open to all individuals who wish to donate items - Pickup Donation open to residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties

Mission is to extend community resources by providing a basic home set up for people living in an empty home including gently used donated beds, furniture and household goods.
