- Any immigrant or refugee 18 years of age or older and 17 years old with parent/guardian permission and a high school withdrawal slip
- K-12 students and foreign exchange students are not eligible
Other eligibility restrictions apply
- Primarily serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties
ID from any country is helpful but not required
- Walk-in registration from 12 Noon - 2 pm Monday - Thursday
English classes are held 9:30 am - 11:45 am and 6:45 pm - 8:30 pm Monday - Thursday
Optional supplementary classes are held after the morning English classes and before the evening English classes
Spanish, Swahili, Somali, Mongolian, French, Italian, Hmong, German, Arabic, Amharic

No fees for classes; some books are required and cost is $5 or less; assistance is available for book fees
