- Walk-in registration from 12 Noon - 2 pm Monday - Thursday English classes are held 9:30 am - 11:45 am and 6:45 pm - 8:30 pm Monday - Thursday Optional supplementary classes are held after the morning English classes and before the evening English classes

Eligibility

- Any immigrant or refugee 18 years of age or older and 17 years old with parent/guardian permission and a high school withdrawal slip - K-12 students and foreign exchange students are not eligible Other eligibility restrictions apply - Primarily serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties
