Eligibility

  • Any immigrant or refugee 18 years of age or older and 17 years old with parent/guardian permission and a high school withdrawal slip- K-12 students and foreign exchange students are not eligibleOther eligibility restrictions apply- Primarily serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties

ID from any country is helpful but not required

Hours

  • Registration/testing: 9:30 am - 12:30 Pm and 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm Monday - Thursday- Optional supplementary classes are held after the morning English classes and before the evening English classes
