Athletic Performance Services: Offers Circuit Training uses stations, parent and kids programs, personal and group training, and strength training

Sports Medicine Services: Care and rehabilitation services for exercise-related conditions, including:

- Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and medial collateral ligament (MCT) injuries

- Fractures (broken bones), including stress fractures

- Joint injuries or arthritis

- Pain

- Pulled muscles

- Shin splints

- Sprains and/or strains

Sports Medicine and Athletic Performance Facility (SMAP): Individuals can work out, use equipment, and participate in programs, such as group fitness classes, hockey, running, throwing, hitting, group training, and personal training.
