Provides services for single adults and families who are in need: - Emergency Shelter: There is a waiting list. Limited funds for a hotel stay due to extreme heat and cold weather-related conditions for Carver, Dakota, and Scott county. - Housing Related Coordinated Entry: Provides housing intake and assessment for single adults over the age of 25, and families residing in Carver and Scott counties who are homeless or at risk of losing their housing. Single adults and families in Dakota county should call Dakota County's Housing Resource Line. - Permanent Supportive Housing: Provides a CAP-owned rental unit for homeless individuals and families with disabilities in Carver, Dakota, and Scott counties
