Supportive Housing Services - Amherst H. Wilder Foundation
The ROOF Project is a rapid rehousing program. Assists families and individuals who have applied and been approved through Ramsey County Coordinated Access to Housing and Shelter (CAHS). Program is designed to help individuals and families find safe and affordable housing. Once approved and referred from the county (CAHS) to Wilder, families will work with housing specialists, case managers, and housing coordinators staff. NOTE: Families must go through Coordinated Access to Housing and Shelter (CAHS). This is not a direct referral program.

Prescreening for Ramsey County Coordinated Access is available 24 hours/day through United Way 2-1-1 by dialing 2-1-1 or (651)291-0211.

Applicant families must be homeless and/or in a shelter in Ramsey County. Families must work with Coordinated Access to Housing and Shelter in Ramsey County.
