- Be at least 16 years old - Be able to pass a background study - Be interested in a career at a licensed or certified child care program in Minnesota - Residents of Blue Earth, Brown, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, LeSueur, Martin, Mower, Nicollet, Olmsted, Rice, Sibley, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, and Winona Counties
