Residential facility offering nursing care and personal care services for clients who cannot perform daily tasks for themselves because of an illness, disability, or physical condition and cannot travel for health services. Provides 24 hour comprehensive home care services by caregivers, licensed nursing assistants, nurses, and nurse practitioners which includes: - Assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Assistance with light exercise - Grocery shopping and errands - Light housekeeping - Meal preparation and nutrition - Medication reminders - Referrals to outpatient therapy services - Safety and fall prevention - Toileting and incontinence care - Transportation to social and recreational activities
