Helps New Americans find initial jobs, upgrade their current roles, and access training and education to achieve economic stability. This includes:
- Job readiness coaching
- Referrals to English Learning Language (ELL), Adult Basic Education (ABE), digital literacy, and other training
- Referrals to programs that help with barriers that hinder progress, such as childcare, housing, and transportation.
