Individuals must: - Have been born outside the U.S. or be a child of someone who was born outside the U.S. - Have work authorization - Since this program has multiple funders, other eligibility requirements may apply.- Residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties

?Helps New Americans find initial jobs, upgrade their current roles, and access training and education to achieve economic stability. This includes:- Job readiness coaching- Referrals to English Learning Language (ELL), Adult Basic Education (ABE), digital literacy, and other training- Referrals to programs that help with barriers that hinder progress, such as childcare, housing, and transportation.
