High Priority Homeless Rental Assistance Program (LTH) - BI-CAP
LTH Rental Assistance is accessible to clients who are experiencing long term homelessness. The program provides a rental subsidy based on income for up to 60 months. The program is available in Cass and Beltrami Counties, has the capacity to serve 75 households and is funded by MN Housing.
