Will open by referral "on-call basis", domestic abuse victims leaving home quickly and not bringing enough clothes, someone in need of diapers, fire or disaster victims. Anyone who is in need and cannot wait for closet opening or cannot consistently make it to the closet during open hours, call and we will open up.
