Eligibility

Serves households who are residents of Ramsey County who are at risk of homelessness, have a 14-day eviction notice, have an income that is below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, and have already applied through Ramsey County Emergency Assistance/Emergency General Assistance Note: Immigration status does not matter

Application/registration form proof of application for Ramsey County Emergency Assistance (EA) or Emergency General Assistance (EGA), or a denial letter Minnesota State statue eviction notice

Provides the following services: - Assistance with up to one month of past-due rent - Staff attends Ramsey County Civil Housing Court virtually to help participants and landlords come to a resolution
