Dodge and Winona counties offer Imagination Library programs with other Affiliates.

Application process
Parents or guardians can enroll their child (or children) under five by submitting a short registration form to United Way of Southeast Minnesota. Program is currently at capacity; some families may experience an enrollment delay.
