Stronger Together Grief Support Groups - Bellis

Provides a peer-based support group, facilitated by licensed professionals, for mothers whose legal parental rights were terminated (or transferred) by the court. The group discussion focuses on the phase of life following the termination of parental rights, specifically on the grief and loss needs of the mother. This is an opportunity for mothers to share their stories without judgment to discuss grief, loss, and what it means to walk through life as a mother who isn't parenting with others who understand. Groups are available in person at the Minneapolis location and online. Limited transportation assistance is available in the Twin Cities upon request for in-person group meetings.
