Eligibility

Residents of Kittson County who are: - Fathers or alleged fathers of a minor child - Parents of a minor child, and if one parent does not live with the child - Parents who pay court-ordered child support - Have court-ordered, physical custody of a minor child - Receiving public assistance for a minor child who lives in their home

A monthly $15 fee is paid by the parent paying support, deducted through income withholding; parents who receive public assistance can apply at their county child support office at a one-time $25 fee; vary by service
