Program open 5 days a week Hours are flexible based on individual needs Attendance can be scheduled from 1 to 5 days a week Focus is to assist individuals to function at their highest potential, to maintain and/or increase independence through: - Proper Nutrition - Exercise - Suggested Physical Therapy - Power Walk - Observation and recording of health needs - Medication Administration - Licensed Beautician - Coordination of services with other agencies Transportation is provided within a 10 mile radius Will interview potential participants in their own home or at the program. A Free Trial day is available for qualifying participants
