Provides the following services: - Driving with Care Program: 12-session course that teaches offenders how to prevent future alcohol-related driving incidents - Family group conferences - Pre-sentence investigations - Rapid response team member, local coordinating council member - Writes discharge recommendations, progress reports, and violation reports as ordered by the court
