Provides patient services while helping to eliminate obstacles in access to quality healthcare. Services include: - Co-pay relief program to patients who meet financial and medical criteria to help them with prescription drug co-payments their insurance requires relative to their diagnosis as well as co-insurance and deductibles. Co-pay relief programs depend on the availability of funds. - Counselors work directly with patients as well as care providers to obtain necessary medical, insurance, and income information to advance the application in an expeditious manner
