- Serves individuals facing barriers to employment who reside in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington counties, and the Saint Cloud area - Eligibility requirements vary by program and are reviewed during a required information session

- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and provide a valid Minnesota ID or Driver's License and a Social Security card - Additional documentation may be required depending on the specific training program

Application process

- Attend an information session to learn about the program, review eligibility, and ask questions (see website for times and locations) - Complete reading and math assessments. Applicants who meet minimum score requirements may be placed on a waitlist for upcoming classes - Participate in an admission interview approximately 4-6 weeks before the class start date to confirm eligibility and complete final enrollment steps

Description

Offers a 4 - 12 week training program in Automotive Services, Construction, Business Professional Pathways, Financial Industry, Clean Energy/Solar, and YouthBuild. Classes are available at no cost to eligible students and include career coaching and job placement assistance. Individuals must attend an information session, where staff review eligibility requirements and assist with the application process.
