Coordinated Entry: An access point providing coordinated entry assessments to single adults and families with children who are low-income and meet eligibility requirements in the county area
Family Homeless Prevention Assistance Program: This program helps families or individuals get out of homelessness or prevent homelessness from occurring. If eligible, the FHPAP program can help with the first month's rent, security deposit, or back rent/mortgage assistance up to a certain dollar amount.
To be eligible for this program, individuals must:
- Fill out an application
- Be able to prove a housing crisis (eviction notice, mortgage papers, etc.)
- Must have income
- Pay a portion of rent
- Assist with referrals, phone calls, setting up appointments, application assistance, resume building, job search, family development, etc.
- Tenant education
- Budgeting/smart money use
