  • Families (preference to single parents), with 3 or more children, who are homeless and have a mental/physical disability diagnosis and/or substance use
  • Parents must be currently receiving MFIP or have received MFIP within the last 2 years

Offers on-site permanent supportive housing to 13 single parents with three or more children, as well as scattered site family housing in the community. Parents partner with case managers and support staff to develop their own goals and find resources to achieve them. Kids ages birth - 18 benefit from age-appropriate social, emotional, and academic program offerings. Support services available to housing clients include:
  • Assistance in addressing issues and finding resources available
  • Advocacy and referral
  • Goal setting; long and short term
  • Peer support
  • Rental subsidies
  • Skill-building groups
  • Youth case management
  • Youth program
