- Completed HeatShare application denial letter from County Human Services office for EGA or family crisis funds denial or award letter from Energy Assistance - (Tri-CAP) disconnect notice or copy of overdue bill in the person's name that is applying for HeatShare income verification verification of unexpected financial crisis in the past 90 -120 days that prevented from paying the bill
- Office: 8:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday - Social service intake: 9 am - 11 am and 1 pm - 3pm pm Monday - Friday
Call or walk in to complete an application and return it along with all the requested information on the front page of the application
