- Tuition per credit/hour or course. Approved for VA (Veterans Administration), DVR (Division of Vocational Rehabilitation) and WIA (Workforce Investment Act. State and Federal Financial Aid for those who qualify. Visit website at www.saintpaul.edu. - Graduates of Minneapolis and Saint Paul high schools (no suburbs) who meet income guidelines may be eligible for two years of free tuition through the Power of You program.
