Description
- Affordable homeownership gap assistance available through MN Housing - Economic Development Authority (EDA) funds are available to first-time homebuyers with preference given to low-income renters participating in the Housing Choice Voucher program - Home-ownership training providing Home Stretch classes. Participation in the home-ownership training is required for financial assistance. - Monthly mortgage payment assistance is available to first-time homebuyers who are currently receiving Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance
