A program for men who suffer from substance use disorders. This 12-step program is designed to assist adults who need frequent contact and structure. It combines weekly individual counseling (for treatment planning and aftercare coordination) with multiple group counseling sessions per week. Group topics include:
  • Colorful meditation
  • Co-occurring treatment services
  • Positive mental health
  • Living skills
  • Men's health
  • Moral compass
  • "Who am I sober?"
Participants start with 34 sessions, 4 days/week, then transition to 32 sessions, 3 days/week for a total of about 200 hours, plus ongoing individual counseling over roughly 20 weeks (adjusted to progress). The program is licensed under Minnesota's chemical dependency rules.
