Financial counselors can help individuals understand patients' responsibilities and may offer no-interest payment plans. Other options may include: - Financial Clearance Call Center: Patients may request financial counseling to get an explanation on payment options, evaluate financial needs, and inform about government assistance - Patient Account Services: Patients who are experiencing financial hardship can reach out to Patient Account Services to see what options they may have to qualify for Financial Assistance Application program and other local grants and/or charities
