An ARMHS case worker teaches skills to: - Access mental health services and community resources - Cope with stress, fear and anxiety - Develop a healthy lifestyle - Find safe, affordable housing - Improve interpersonal skills and communication - Learn household management skills and budgeting skills - Learn to use community resources

Residents of Dakota, Hennepin and Ramsey counties with a mental health diagnosis and mild cognitive disability who qualify for Medical Assistance and are age 18 or older.
