Primarily serves residents of Blue Earth; Brown; Carver; Cottonwood; Dakota; Dodge; Faribault; Fillmore; Freeborn; Goodhue; Houston; Jackson; Le Sueur; Lincoln; Lyon; Martin; Mcleod; Mower; Murray; Nicollet; Nobles; Olmsted; Pipestone; Ramsey; Redwood; Rice; Rock; Scott; Sibley; Steele; Wabasha; Waseca; Washington; Watonwan; Winona counties.
- Have all documents pertaining to the legal issues including any paperwork received concerning the case available before calling for screening - If the individual is a refugee or other eligible alien, then I-94, permanent resident card, etc. is needed for service
- Office: 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday - Screening: 9 am - 11:45 am and 12:30 pm - 3 pm Monday - Friday

Provides advice and representation on education related problems, with a focus on: - Bullying and harassment in schools - Education of English language learners - Education of students experiencing homelessness - Racial discrimination and bias in schools - School expulsions and some suspensions - Special education services for students with disabilities
