Intake at the VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis. Applicants must attend a Front Porch meeting held every Thursday morning, 8 am, in room 1J-124 (check-in between 7:30 am and 8 am). Late arrivals will be asked to return the following week. There are also Front Porch daily intake meetings at the Veterans Community Resource and Referral Center at 1201 Harmon Place in downtown Minneapolis. Monday - Friday, 8 am, check in between 7:30 am and 8 am. Late arrivals will be asked to return the following day.

DD-214 discharge papers; drivers license; proof of household income; Social Security card/number; state ID

Must be 60 days sober and a veteran of the United States military. Serves Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties.
