  • Family caregivers of older adults ages 60 and older or caregivers for someone with a diagnosis of dementia
  • Residents of Dakota County and the southeast metro cities of Cottage Grove, Newport, Saint Paul Park, and Woodbury in Washington County

Offer caregivers a break with volunteers providing supervision and companionship for their loved ones. Respite is available for up to four hours weekly. Available in-home or in a group setting in Eagan and West Saint Paul. Provides activities and one-on-one attention from volunteers with the care receiver. Caregivers may choose to participate in caregiver support groups.
