Eligibility

- Adults who are residents of Amboy, Eagle Lake, Garden City, Good Thunder, Lake Crystal, Madison Lake, Mankato, Mapleton, Minnesota Lake, New Ulm, North Mankato, Saint Clair, and Sleepy Eye - Individual ages 17 years and older, not enrolled in secondary school, and functioning below the 12th grade level in any of the basic academic areas including reading, math, writing, and speaking English.
