Immunizations: Children age birth - 18 who live in Sibley County and meet one of the following: Do not have health insurance - Are on a Minnesota Health Care Program (Medical Assistance (MA), MNCare, PMAP) - Have health insurance that does not cover cost of vaccines - Are American Indian or Alaskan Native
8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

- Immunizations: Call; walk ins may be available depending on nurse availability - Sharp Disposal: Walk in

Immunizations: $20 per shot, but no one is turned away if they are unable to pay Sharps Disposal: None
