Eligibility

Children from birth through age 18 who live in Sibley County and meet at least one of the following criteria:- Do not have health insurance- Are enrolled in a Minnesota Health Care Program (such as Medical Assistance (MA), MinnesotaCare, or a Prepaid Medical Assistance Program (PMAP))- Have health insurance that does not cover the cost of vaccines- Are American Indian or Alaska Native

  • Immunizations: $20 administration fee per injection; no one is turned away if unable to pay- Sharps Disposal: None

Provides immunization and disease prevention services to help protect the health of the community. Services include:- Immunization information and education: Offers information about recommended immunizations, vaccine schedules, and how to access vaccines.- Routine immunizations: Provides recommended vaccines for children and adults.- Sharps disposal services: Provides approved sharps containers for purchase and accepts properly contained used needles and syringes for safe disposal.- Tuberculosis (TB) information: Provides information about tuberculosis and links to state resources for TB prevention, testing, and treatment.
