- Individuals residing in Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca, and Watonwan counties - Open to adults and adolescents in need of substance use disorder treatment

Adolescents: - Mankato SUD Office Group Therapy: 1 pm - 4 pm Monday - Wednesday - Saint Peter Office Group Therapy: 3 pm - 6 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (Summer Hours) 1 pm - 4 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Adults: - Mankato SUD Office Group Therapy: 9 am - 12 noon Monday - Wednesday - Saint Peter Office Group Therapy: 9 am - 12 noon Monday - Wednesday

Description

Offers comprehensive support to individuals in recovery from alcohol and other drug use challenges. Services are designed to meet each person's unique needs using evidence-based approaches and a strength-based, client-centered framework. Care includes thorough assessment and individualized treatment planning, outpatient therapy, relapse prevention, coping skills development, and coordination with medical and community supports. Services may include: - Comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment planning - Coordination with medical providers and community supports - Co-occurring disorder therapy for individuals with mental health and substance use needs - Individual, group, and family counseling - Relapse prevention and recovery skills development
