Promotes community wellness through education, prevention, and health promotion activities, including:- Blood pressure screening and other preventive health checks- Chronic disease prevention and diabetes education programs- Educational presentations on HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections, and related public health topics- Health promotion activities through community partnerships (SHIP), including nutrition, physical activity, and tobacco prevention initiatives- Hearing and vision screening for children and adolescents- School and daycare health consultation and programming support- Workplace and industry health consulting and nurse advisory services
