Eligibility

- Low income families that have an income that is no more than 185% of Federal Poverty guidelines, be residents of Minnesota, and have at least one child who is 3 or 4 or a younger child who has a parent under age 21 seeking a GED or high school diploma - Serves Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, and Roseau counties
