Trans Health Services and Gender Affirming Hormone Care - WE Health Clinic

Provides inclusive, trauma-informed sexual, reproductive, and general healthcare for trans and nonbinary patients. Services are available by appointment and include both general health and gender-affirming care. General, sexual, and reproductive health services include:

• Abortion care

• Birth control, including options compatible with hormone therapy

• Chest/breast exams

• Cholesterol and blood pressure checks

• Cervical cancer screening

• Confidential STI education, screening, prevention, and treatment

• Free condoms and dental dams

• Health education, including nutrition, smoking cessation, and weight management

• Limited primary care and routine health screenings

• Pelvic exams

• Pregnancy testing and all-options counseling

• Referrals to specialists as needed

• Urinary and vaginal infection testing and treatment

Gender-affirming hormone and transition care includes:

• Gender-affirming hormone care and monitoring

• Information and referrals for gender-affirming surgeries, cosmetic procedures, and speech therapy

• Post-surgical follow-up care

• Pre-operative physical exams

• Resources, including local support networks and transition-related services

NOTE: WE Health Clinic does not provide hormone care for individuals under the age of 18.
