Eligibility

- Must be 14 to 21 years of age - Must be enrolled in a federally recognized tribe - Low income eligibility - Live in our service area - Must be unemployed for at least 1 (one) full week - Must be available to work 5 weeks

- Verify enrollment - Proof of residency - Verify parents income for the past year - List all persons in household

The Workforce Investment Act (WIA), Summer Youth Program, provides five (5) weeks of Work Experience to low income eligible youth. Youth are placed within tribal programs and Non-Profit Organizations during the summer months.
