Provides activities, interactions, and interventions that assist children to develop and grow cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically in nurturing, supportive environments. Children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old in Callaway, Mahnomen, Naytahwaush, Ogema, Pine Point, Rice Lake, Waubun, and White Earth; preference given to low-income families, White Earth enrolled members and descendants, other Native American tribes, children with disabilities and other special needs
