Description

Provides a free case evaluation and assist individuals with their Social Security Disability claims. Assistance includes: - Act on client's behalf as a representative with the Social Security Administration - Assist clients in getting qualified for disability benefits - Develop complex medical and vocational claim strategies to make certain that clients get the benefits they are eligible for - Help schedule independent examinations from medical experts when necessary to strengthen claims - Manage all notices and correspondence on behalf of clients, complete forms, obtain and submit medical forms and evidence, and track deadlines for claim submissions/appeals filing - Provide regular reports on the status of claims - Review Social Security files, reach conclusions on actions taken, and evaluate the need for further records and evidence
