Children under the age of 18 with a treatable orthopedic condition are eligible to receive care. Income, financial status, and/or insurance coverage has no impact on eligibility for services.
- If insured, please bring a copy of your health insurance, Medical Assistance card, or Medicare card. - If a family does not have insurance coverage, no documentation is required, and the same level of care will be provided. It is helpful if a family is able to bring copies of medical records with them to their appointment, but this is not required.

A specialty clinic providing patients access to foot, hand, hip, limb deficiency, spine, plastic surgery, and rheumatology care since 1923. On site orthoptist, prosthetics, and therapists collaborate with pediatric orthopaedic surgeons providing a family-centered team approach.
