When individuals call, they are:- Connected with a trans or nonbinary peer operator- Ensured full anonymity and confidentialityThe organization maintains a policy of no non-consensual active rescue, meaning they will not contact emergency services or law enforcement without explicit consent from the caller.This approach fosters trust and respect, allowing individuals to seek support without fear of involuntary intervention.
