  • Open Weekday Evenings After 5 pm
Provides safe spaces for youth and young adults experiencing crisis, homelessness and exploitation including sex trafficking. Once in shelter or transitional housing, services include:
  • Community-based mental health (personal and family)
  • Community resource and service connections
  • Crisis and anger management (de-escalation)
  • Educational support with on-site classroom
  • Home visiting and family engagement
  • Independent living skills coaching
  • Individualized case management
  • Pro-social events with peers
  • Vocational exploration
