Description

Provides safe spaces for youth and young adults experiencing crisis, homelessness and exploitation including sex trafficking. Once in shelter or transitional housing, services include: - Community-based mental health (personal and family) - Community resource and service connections - Crisis and anger management (de-escalation) - Educational support with on-site classroom - Home visiting and family engagement - Independent living skills coaching - Individualized case management - Pro-social events with peers - Vocational exploration
