Eligibility
Residents of Anoka or Hennepin counties who meet the following:
- Youth age 18 and under
- Youth age 18 - 24 who are in high school, experiencing homelessness, or in a transitional living program
- Eligibility is determined by applicant's financial status, type of legal service desired, urgency, and whether a lawyer in private practice would take the case on a contingent fee basis - that is, secure their fee from the lawsuit

- Call Administration/Reception phone, and ask to speak with someone regarding a Youth Law issue; all requests for service will be screened and referred for appropriate action
