Application process

- Call Administration/Reception phone, and ask to speak with someone regarding a Youth Law issue; all requests for service will be screened and referred for appropriate action - Existing clients can call the Administration/Reception phone

Eligibility

- Youth 24 years old and under and residents of Hennepin or Anoka counties - Eligibility is determined by applicant's financial status, type of legal service desired, urgency, and whether a lawyer in private practice would take the case on a contingent fee basis - that is, secure their fee from the lawsuit
