Individuals living with a disability, have a history of homelessness, or special needs, families, and older adults looking for affordable housing, who are income eligible, and live in Aitkin, Anoka, Blue Earth, Brown, Carver, Dakota, Goodhue, Hennepin, Le Sueur, Morrison, Olmsted, Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Sherburne, Washington, and Wright counties

Affordable housing units are available at a multitude of locations. Some locations are not open for applications. Properties can be searched by type, zip code, and amount of bedrooms at https://properties.commonbond.org/.Supports the success of households by offering Advantage Services designed to assist parents with children and adult residents to achieve individual and family goals. Connects individuals with local community resources and helps develop job search skills, obtain employment, and discover career paths. Promotes and supports adult education, citizenship, and literacy activities. Services may vary by site.
