Application/registration form proof of address proof of household income proof of crisis/emergency situation and cause of it (i.e. medical emergency, loss of job, etc.) estimates also need to be provided if necessary

Provides emergency pre-approved assistance to residents in a non-housing resolvable crisis situation:
  • Complete applications (with verification) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Crisis Committee
  • Financial assistance is limited and provided as funds are available
  • Funds may be used for a variety of purposes such as prescription drugs, medical equipment, etc.
